Environment details (please complete the following information):

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open from file: SelectionTestForCustomQueryBonds.zip
    It contains all possible query bonds (simple types)
    image
  2. Press Ctrl+A (Select All)
  3. Save it to KET file
  4. Load KET file back as New Project

Actual behavior
Bonds are not selected

Expected behavior
All (including bonds) are selected
image
