Add two items that cause crashes when fuzzing PowerShell in the repository in the current state.
Take carriage return into account when escaping backslashes at the end of arguments.

Summary
This is to address the fuzz crashes found by this nightly CI run. Given the nature of these crashes, it is suspected there's something wrong with the fuzz logic rather than the source code.
