We should have added the deneb p2p configs to yaml files previously. This PR also adds these configs so that the
MAX_REQUEST_BLOB_SIDECARS := MAX_REQUEST_BLOCKS_DENEB * MAX_BLOBS_PER_BLOCKchange would be more explicit.
