not able to go direct 1.10.25 because 1.10.21 & 1.10.22 contains RPC APIs changes, should be done in separated PRs (I think so)

Description

Updated RPC APIs within scope of Geth v1.10.20

• eth_chainId now always returns the configured chain ID regardless of sync status. This is a violation of EIP-695, but the previous behavior caused issues with CL clients. (internal/ethapi: always return chain id ethereum/go-ethereum#25166, internal/ethapi: add note about eth_chainId compatibility with EIP-695 ethereum/go-ethereum#25168)

Resolved by d9e17a7 and 57bfdaa

• Transaction objects returned by RPC (e.g. from eth_getTransactionByHash) now always include the chainId field, even for untyped (legacy) transactions. (internal/ethapi: explicitly return chain id for EIP-155 legacy txs ethereum/go-ethereum#25155)

So I plus cb6919b which copy the code that fixes the above bug in geth 1.10.21 by #25244

• The deprecated RPC method personal_signAndSendTransaction has been removed. (internal/ethapi: remove SignAndSendTransaction ethereum/go-ethereum#25111)

Ethermint not yet implemented this endpoint

• Handling of certain reorg corner cases is improved in the Engine API. (consensus/beacon: check that only the latest pow block is valid ttd block ethereum/go-ethereum#25187, miner: retrieve mining state from live database ethereum/go-ethereum#25139)

Consensus area, Ethermint not use this

• A performance regression in JS tracing is resolved. (eth/tracers: optimize goja buffer conversion ethereum/go-ethereum#25156)

Not relates to ethermint???
