如下库代码跟踪
problem

test xls file
风场数据_TZLJ_2018-08-14.xls.zip

上述情况下，图片红色标记的值获取不到。再此确认，当文内含中文时，会出现cell获取不到数据的情况。
作者是否方便提供即时联系方式
