* CUDA versions up to 12.1.1
* Ensuring `cudaProfiler.api` gets installed:
  * via the `nvprof` subpackage until CUDA 11.7
  * via the `cuda_profiler_api` subpackage with CUDA 11.8 and later
* Windows 2022-related minimum version check
