Issue#
Locale fix - see #1929
Description:
The Wikipedia article referenced in #1929 was incorrect; 07624-prefixed numbers are pagers, not mobile telephone numbers. You can verify this by looking at the allocated codes, or equally at the original National Numbering Plan. This PR simply removes the 07624-prefixed numbers from faker's en-GB locale.
