What does this PR do?

• bulk-translated the Czech text to English using DeepL for:
  • tipping-points-1.md
  • tipping-points-2.md (note: the text is a copy of what is in tipping-points-1.md)
  • tipping-points-3.md (note: the text is a copy of what is in tipping-points-1.md)
• Use Grammarly to proofread the texts.
• Identical to Adding explanatory text to _infographics/climate/emission-pathways-paris.md #17:
  • Changed the link to the Paris Agreement to use unfccc.int's english_paris_agreement.pdf (instead of OEOK-Cesky_preklad_dohody-20160419.pdf.)
  • Changed the Paris Agreement quote to directly use unfccc.int's english_paris_agreement.pdf Article 2 (avoid Czech translation).
