What does this PR do?

• bulk-translated the Czech text to English using DeepL for emission-pathways-paris.md
• Use Grammarly to proofread the texts.
• Updated Glossary for English to support reference to co2eq and rcp.
  • Note: this is branched off of eeef83e which introduced the glossary for Adding explanatory text to _infographics/climate/map-temperature-change.md #16
• Changed the link to the Paris Agreement to use unfccc.int's english_paris_agreement.pdf (instead of OEOK-Cesky_preklad_dohody-20160419.pdf.)
• Changed the Paris Agreement quote to directly use unfccc.int's english_paris_agreement.pdf Article 2 (avoid Czech translation).

Nitpick applicable to multiple pages: During the translation process, dashes ("–") seem to get replaced by simple hyphens ("-").
