Add Kong Ingress Controller to Flagger

Currently flagger supports a number of ingress controllers but I wanted to look at adding Kong Ingress Controller

Proposed solution

What I am looking for is what does it take to create this integration between an ingress controller and flagger so that I can look at implementing it. Currently Flagger does support Kuma (mesh) which is based on another Kong product.

Any alternatives you've considered?

Is there another way to solve this problem that isn't as good a solution?

Once Kong supports the Gateway API then it should work with Flagger.
