The service targeting is experimental, we need to revisit the implementation and decide how to move forward. For now I would exclude the service from the e2e. |

in the course of development of #455 , i realized that
e2e-kubernetes-svc-testingis not kicked by circleci.I fixed
.circleci/config.ymlso that the job is triggered
