The Flux developers spend a lot of their time on supporting Flux users and often it takes a while to discover the misunderstanding of a new user. That's why we ideally would like to see the number of support requests go down and get the sense that users can more easily "help themselves".

We get support requests through different channels, and e.g. Slack does not make it easy to measure, especially as we are in a growing field and have a growing user-base. Still we want to monitor the number of Github discussions and Slack requests and compare with the previous months and hope for 20% number of requests.

hope for 20% number of requests.

I just noticed this :)

Did you mean reducing by 20%? Or, reducing to 1/5?
