  1. Throw an error when I18n.strftime takes an invalid date 

    Currently, I18n.strftime produces a wrongly formatted string when it takes an invalid date object. For example,

```
I18n.strftime(new Date('foo'), '%Y%m%d');
//=> 'NaNaNaN'
```
