Onboarding tasks

These things may need to get done when we onboard somebody new:
Official things:
- Offer letter
- Add them to Gusto or collect their W8-BEN
- Add any regulatory stuff they need for their state (posters, etc)
- DHS employment verification
Accounts:
- Email account
- Slack invite
- flp-internal
- watercooler
- Add to Github groups
- AWS
- Access type: Password
- Send credentials via Signal or Whatsapp
- Sentry account (they'll have to click the verification?)
- Plausible
- Google Search Console
- App Store Connect
Policies:
- Refer them to the various policies
- Contractor agreement?
- HR policies here
- Copyright assignment/license/thing
- Get set up to pay taxes in their state
Other:
- Dev meeting invite; first day invite
- Automate salary payments
- Remove the hiring post from https://free.law/hiring/ or elsewhere
- Add their name to the staff list in the HR handbook and/or https://free.law/team
- Notify other candidates that position is closed (by email and twitter)
- Send them swag credits!
- Direct them to our first day checklist
- Add them to the org chart
