This is a minor update to
hcox_gfed_mod.F90which maps CAM-chem species to their GEOS-Chem equivalents so the GFED extension can be used with CAM-chem. It should make no difference to any existing non-CESM or CESM runs.This should be the last of the divergences between the
dev-cesmbranch anddev, except for the removal ofhcoio_mapl*files because of CESM's build system not using Cmake/GNU make.Thanks!
