What is the current behavior?

Refering to this documenation, and this issue. Having legacy OAuth Apps can have their authorization credentials abused and exploited.
The github documentation does not suggest for users to proceed and delete these legacy OAuth Apps.

What changes are you suggesting?

Basing on this reply, I suggest adding this step to the documentation
