Smoke test workflows were running every 12 hours (or daily) including weekends. Updated to run once per day on weekdays only.

Changes

Updated workflow schedules (5 workflows):

smoke-copilot.md: every 12h → daily on weekdays
smoke-claude.md: every 12h → daily on weekdays
smoke-codex.md: every 12h → daily on weekdays
smoke-opencode.md: daily → daily on weekdays
smoke-test-tools.md: every 12h → daily on weekdays

Compiled cron schedules (fuzzy scheduler distributed times):
