the "signrawtransaction" was deprecated in 0.17, and so signing now segfaults(!). This updates to the new command "signrawtransactionwithwallet".

@gitmarek we've gone ahead and forked our own repo with this and another recent fix: We would love to take over the core repo since it's no longer being maintained. |
