Moonlight with Jellyfin-ffmpeg for av1 hardware acceleration on M3/M4

This is a custom build which links against jellyfin-ffmpeg which already enabled AV1 hardware decoding for M3/M4 series: jellyfin/jellyfin-ffmpeg#500

Please be informed that the Apple AV1 hardware decoder does not support 4:4:4 decoding, so you should not enable that option.

You may need to do the following in the console as this is only ad-hoc signed:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine Moonlight
