This PR adds user friendly documentation on how to use push to create feature

A great hint (imo) is mentioning push options as well. Push-to-create is private by default (unless DEFAULT_PUSH_CREATE_PRIVATE is set to true), but you can also pass -o repo.private=false to set it in the same push as creating it.


EDIT: This already looks good (barring the relref comment from delvh), so I'd be happy to give a +1 and sending a suggestion for the above at a later time. 🙂

Follow-up for #23458 

I could have suggested this on the original PR, but I thought there
would be more to add. Hadn't noticed the push options docs already had
nearly the same shell command. 😅
