The cursor remains a "text cursor" when a text input control is selected in the inspector #37724

Windows 10 64 bits

After clicking on an input text control (such as LineEdit or SpinBox) in the editor, the cursor remains a "text edition" cursor, even if no longer above the control. It doesn't change either if hovering another control which is supposed to make it change, such as resizers.
This only seems to happen with controls of the inspector, and remains as long as the control is focused.

In Godot 3.2.1, the pointer changes normally.
