Inaccurate "Fix Available" tag when filtering by versioned ecosystems #3812
Description
After #3784, filtering by ecosystem on the test instance incorrectly shows "No Fix Available" for all vulnerabilities, even when fixes exist in the selected ecosystem.
Update: This issue occurs only on versioned systems (ecosystem:ver.), the filtering is explicitly filtering on the exact ecosystem, ignoring versions.
