Overview

We need to revise the existing hero image to match the current version of the website

Action Items

• take a screenshot of the site
• update the image currently being used to have the screenshot inside the computer
• Add the image to this issue in a comment
• get sign off by product
• release the dependency on open issue to replace the hero image on the Hack for LA website. #1692
• move issue 1692 to the new issue approval column and add the ready for product label

We need to update the hero for the 311 project under the HfLA website according to Bonnie's request.

• View the other projects to see what images they currently use for the hero
• Determine an appropriate image to replace the current hero
• Mockup a high fidelity screen
• Once approved, we will hand-off to engineering
