Overview

There are a lot of different resources that can be leveraged to understand 311data (already built applications or packages on how to handle spatial data). This issue aims to consolidate them all into one spot. This will help us internally as a team as well as give us a spot to grab resources to share with students of the workshop.

• Handling spatial data
• 311 data context (what is it, why it matters, etc)

Progress: The github task is a duplicate from #108 so it's done (here). I've identified several open source packages and data sources. In the process of evaluating. Need to document what I've found.
