This was great but I had to resolve by hand and then create a new pull request (because we can't push directly to master). This was superceded by Change project.md file format to update "Looking For" - conflict resolution #336 |

Fixes #291
Changes the format of looking for section (see issue to see new format). Also removed periods and words/symbols like "and" or "&", which make more sense if the field was a comma separated list. With this new format, it does not fit as well because on the project home page, we will be representing each role in a bullet list. Having words/symbols like "and/&" or periods do not fit well in bullet list. But let me know if this change is undesirable.
