The Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of classes in various statuses from the perspective of the logged in staff user.
The Dashboard contains four tabs. These tabs organize classes in various request statuses. For status definitions, see the topic Request Statuses.
This tab lists classes that have not yet taken place at the repository with which you are affiliated. Upcoming classes appear in two tables:
- My Unscheduled Classes – Your repository will host these classes for which you have responsibility. However, you have not yet scheduled theses classes
- My Scheduled Classes – Your repository will host these scheduled classes for which you have responsibility.
The Homeless Classes tab lists classes that do not have a repository assigned to them.
These classed are assigned to your repository, but do not yet have a staff member assigned to them. Classes appear in two tables:
- Unclaimed Classes to be Scheduled – These classes need a staff member and date.
- Unclaimed Scheduled Classes – These classes have a date, but need a staff member.
The Completed Classes tab displays classes in two tables:
- My Classes to Close – Any class listed in "your classes to close" category maintains its previous status until you explicitly close the class.
- My Closed Classes – lists all past classes with which you are affiliated as primary or secondary staff.
##Searching for a class
To find a class on a particular Dashboard table, use the Filter field that appears below the table title. Use the "Clear Filter" button to return to all results, or delete your entry in the Filter box. To search all classes, leave the Dashboard and open the Classes Tab.
