Description
This PR added the Consul and Envoy version constraints to the service defaults configuration entry.
The same configurations have already been added to the proxy defaults configuration entry as part of PR 18623
The SD conf entry was one of the first reference items we updated to the new format. As such, it is a little behind the design specification. This PR also takes a pass at normalizing the format so that it is more consistent with current iteration of the configuration reference format. We will finish bringing this page inline with the other conf entries later.
