Missing Acceptance Test Sweepers

Taking a look through an acceptance test run against an empty Azure subscription - it appears we could do with adding Sweepers to the following resources:

• CosmosDB Accounts CosmosDB Accounts: adding a Sweeper #306
• Load Balancer no longer needed
• Network Interface Acceptance Test Sweepers #679
• Resource Group Cleanup: Adding sweeper for Resource Groups #296 <-- needs a Subscription-specific issue fixed before merging
• Search Services no longer needed
• Service Bus Namespace clean-up: Add the sweeper logic for servicebus namespaces #279
• SQL Server Removing Riviera SDK [Part 1 of 2] #289
• Storage Account no longer needed
• Virtual Network Acceptance Test Sweepers #679

Looks like Search Services, LB's and Storage Accounts are no longer needed, the rest will be covered in #679. Closing this for the moment.
