Encrypt File w Passphrase

This command encrypts a selected file with a passphrase.
Example:
Step 1: Select explorer context menu and select Encrypt File w/ Passphrase
Step 2: Pinentry dialog opens. Enter passphrase twice.
Step 3: Done
- Check GnuPG
- Copy Fingerprint To Clipboard
- Copy KeyId To Clipboard
- Decrypt ... (opens sub menu)
- Decrypt File
- Decrypt Preview
- Decrypt Selection
- Delete Public Key
- Delete Secret Key
- Edit Public Key (via Terminal)
