Addresses #6474.
Also adds a specific indication in the OSD Satellite number field to indicate GPS communication has been lost. Failure indicated with "X!" (shame there isn't a double font symbol showing "FAIL").
This doesn't include the telemetry changes mentioned by Christoph-Hofmann Christoph-Hofmann@2b6b279. These could be added if required.
