inputs to katana

Small change, but I think adding grep to pull INPUT_DIR, KATANA_OUTPUT_DIR, START_YEAR , and START_MONTH would be nice in katana.slurm. Such that the user just needs to input the ini file.

Also, the make_new_gribs input in the ini is a little confusing for me. perhaps this could be helpful to note in the README ?
