Improve creation and validation from EventDefinitions

We should improve the implementation of the Event class by adding an additional method to set a definition ref ID when adding a definition.
This is currently not supported.

He also extends the validate method to check for missing reference ids.

This concept can later be adapted also to the LinkEvent Definition
