Version 1.2.0

Version 1.2.0 of the impresso-text-importer package.
First release since the start of the Impresso 2 project in September 2023, it includes:

• Correction of several small bugs and problems - for more details refer to this pull request
• Update of the package dependencies
• Addition of the BCUL text-importer for the ABBYY format
• Addition of data versioning during the process
