Please elaborate here on the enhancement request.
add reference and description to SQAaaS in the annex

Describe the solution you'd like
SQAaaS drives the implementation of the baseline and is essential to the verification of the criteria

Additional context
EOSC Synergy D3.2 is already added to the references
