docs: add info about supporting CPE in triage data

In #3990, @cinix has added the ability to read CPE info from CycloneDX triage data.

I'd like a note somewhere in the docs explaining that we support this and when it would be useful. This should probably go in the manual or the triage how-to guides; I'm not sure off the top of my head.
