Updated code to remove bad/old dependencies

  • Removed unused code
  • Removed unused dependencies
  • Moved from JSHINT to ESLINT
  • Moved from Istanbul to NYC
  • Converted code to ES6
  • Dropped non supported versions of Node. Now supports version 8.0+
  • Added package-lock.json
