Describe the bug
The Statement of Eligibility link is showing up when ASC has not been configured for the exercise.

Expected data model
On the task list the Statement of Eligibility link should only be displayed when:

  • assessmentOptions array contains 'statement-of-eligibility'
  • aSCApply is true
  • selectionCriteria has content
