Each icon file contains some number of frames. A frame is a bitmap that is rendered at a particular size and color depth. For example, one ICO file might contain the same image, rendered at 16x16 and 32x32 pixel sizes.
You will receive error ICO430 if you ask to work with a frame number that doesn't exist. For example, if an ICO file contains 3 frames, then you can only refer to frames #1, #2, and #3. You will receive error ICO430 if you try to refer to frames #4, #10039, or #0.
You can use IcoInfo to see how many frames are in an icon.
