Submit the jupyterhub helm chart to the Kubernetes incubator #556

Based on recent discussions about the project, it would be great to consider if we would like to submit the JupyterHub chart to the Kubernetes chart incubator. @yuvipanda Have you given any thought to doing this? No pressure but may be a nice recognition of the work that you and others have done.

Very well articulated in the linked issue. I completely agree that we don’t want to make things more difficult for our users. Let’s briefly discuss at our team meeting. Thanks @yuvipanda
