Once kata-containers/runtime#11 gets resolved, we need to add all our dependency versions to our versions.yaml file instead of getting them from the CC project or from hardcoding them.

CI: use versions.yaml from runtime repo

We made use of hardcoded versions or versions from clear
containers repository. Now that we have a proper versions.yaml
in the kata-containers/runtime repository, lets use it to get
the dependencies versions that we use in our CI.
