this PR updates WMM Coefficient file to WMM2025 Model

Hi,
thank you for your contribution. I will implement it in the next release, but this has to wait until [(https://github.com/wellenvogel/avnav/issues/381)} is solved, otherwise map-plugins are not running properly.
