This also updates the .po files, changes the translator-credits string to be the same as other GNOME apps, makes it properly be added to the about dialog, and adds a note to translators for how they should add their names.
The translations for the plural forms are definitely not correct in all languages except English US and Norwegian Bokmål. The rest are marked as fuzzy, even if I tried to make sure they still work in all languages.
