Request 16.0.x release (please)

Would it be possible to release a patch version that includes the commits related to those PRs, please?

• Add a consumer for unhandled errors to Exec.java #2366
• fix: WebSocketStreamHandler flush first and then close WebSocket #2387
• fix: WebSocketOutputStream wait to write until WebSocket queue is released #2388

All of them are already in the proper branch: release-16 thanks to this PR: #2429

I was really hoping to see these fixes in 16.0.2 but they are still not resolved.

#2421 to fix protobuf-java security issue CVE-2022-3171
