#377 でGAパラメタの「意味」が変わったが，「デフォルト値」が元のまんま．

意味asis：個々の親が生成する子の数
意味tobe：1世代で生成する子の総数

デフォルト値asis：10
デフォルト値tobe：10

よって，デフォルトで親100個から子10個を生み出して，次の世代を10個に絞る，という
GAらしからぬ挙動になっている．
親がやたら残るので，GAにおける進化らしい挙動になっていない．
