Third release.

TurboGP third release. Major upgrades from development branch merged into main.
TurboGP now includes many important upgrades proposed to the GP framework in the literature over the course of the years, such as:

• Numeric Mutation
• Linear Scaling
• Collection of standard synthetic toy regression datasets commonly referenced in the literature.
  It also now includes a script that allows to launch multiple GP runs under different setups.
