Transaction module refactors

1. We should remove the transaction/objects directory and move all its files to the parent directory (transaction/ ).
2. We should also remove the v2/ directory and move the declarev2 transaction file with the rest.
3. We should also rename InternalDeclare, InternalInvoke, etc structs to just: Declare, Invoke, etc.
