Status as of 2025-12-30

• on toss4, im getting petsc/ hypre errors in equationsolver. im going to try either upgrading petsc. and if that doesn't work, then i will try reverting hypre back to 2.33.0
• rebuilding on rz
• on cuda docker container, hypre doesn't want to build with openblas, so i need to force it by setting virtuals manually(?)
