Setup in Mac

• Install Lando from the DMG file. Installing via Brew failed, possibly because Docker was already present in the target machine.
• Install composer if needed: sudo curl -o /usr/local/bin/composer https://getcomposer.org/composer-stable.phar; sudo chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/composer
• Get localgov: php -d memory_limit=-1 /usr/local/bin/composer create-project --stability dev localgovdrupal/localgov-project localgov. At the very end, composer will ask whether files related to version control (e.g. .git/) should be retained. Please choose "yes".
• cd localgov; lando start
• lando drush site:install --yes localgov
