This should fix the problem with generatedFiles which happened after setting both uploadOnSave properties on true. Also updated readme and made generatedFiles automatically upload created files and files that get deleted. uploadOnSave works globally now. Also when you want generatedFiles to work you have to set both path and extensionsToInclude.
