PR that makes UI with QOpenGL waveform responsive on Windows #4

This PR makes your QOpenGL branch responsive on Windows (using the new buildenv from mixxxdj#11074)
If I now move the hardware cross-fader of my controller fast, the cross-fader in th UI follows without lag.

Please try if this helps also on MacOS.
